Method of Preparation
The cake is baked adding cream to the chocolate. Then, it is brushed withcocoa powder. This mixture is poured into moulds to get the desired shape and left to set. In the end, cocoa powder is sprinkled. French and Swiss truffles both have a short life and hence should not be stored for long. In many cases, coconut oil is also used instead of butterfat. This truffle resembles a half egg made up of chocolate truffle. The cakes are also tailor made for the customers.
