What if the recipient is not there at the delivery address?
In case the recipient is not present there in person to receive the flowers the bouquet will be handed over to any person who is ready to accept the flowers on behalf of the receiver. In case the premises are closed, the delivery will be given to the neighbors but only if they are willing to accept it. If they also refuse then the second attempt will be made only after making contact with the receiver.
